any new englanders know anything about Colt park in hartford? A day in history gig today and i know nothing about this venue or if it still exists.

My buddy Jim Anderson was at the show on August 2, 1976 and took some interesting photographs, among which are those found on his site at the link below:

As Jim points out, these photographs are for viewing only, not for copying. You can order prints from him directly through his website.

The performance was superb. Unfortunately, a high-fidelity recording remains elusive. Keith Gatto did an outstanding job of recording some of the shows on the Snowbelt Tour; though his recording of this show is not his finest hour, you may still enjoy it. Here's the link:
